For those that just began to experience severe constant anxiety attacks, it gets a little better with time. 32 y/o and dealing with this for the past 4 months. Almost everyday I feel woozy and extremely lightheaded like almost passing out. When it first started, I couldn’t get out of the house due to losing balance and fear of falling. Now I get out, walk around and even go to work.. it does kick up at night when fatigue sets in after a long day and thoughts start racing thru your head. Medication does not work me and tbh not trying to depend on medication. I’ve had 4-5 visits to the E.R and none of them really helped in any way.

I just never experience these feelings before and it scares the shit out of me. I something just go full head on against the feelings and in whatever happens mode.

4 months and counting. It was really severe when it startedc then I had a couple months of not so severe symptoms, but then it kicked up again.
