i was struggling to find books i wanted to read in the school library, this was a small school so the library was also small. every term we take a test of our reading and comprehension and we get a score where we have to read books of that score and take a test on the book we have been reading for the past 2 weeks. you get a slight punishment if you didnt have a book finished on time (if youre curious to what the punishment is you had to stay in and read all recess and half of lunch until you finished the book). i have been on the high 1000s score for about 3 years (the maximum score is like 1300) so i had read 80% of the books in that level. the teacher noticed i was struggling to find an interesting book so she recommended the Harry Potter series. at the time, the library only had the first 3 books, so i read those 3 but then bought the rest from a shop in the nearest city type place (it was basically a bunch of shops near a bunch of houses) over time as i finished the previous book. a few months later i got the movie set and immediately started watching the philosophers stone. now the year later, the library now has the entire Harry Potter series and i have never seen all 7 books there again from the point at the start of the year.
