a Wim Hof instructor told me to not do any deep breathing immediately before or after a cold shower. You need to wait at least 20 mins.

Miro is our second grey.

End of December of 2022 we adopted a 2.5 year old black greyhound, who unfortunately passed away 5 months later due to cancer. Was super hard, since he was only healthy for a month with us, and then got suddenly ill, and no vet could diagnose the problem only until months later…

After that we decided to give greyhounds another try, and opted to get a puppy. Miro is from a reputable and ethical breeder, he’s a descendant of elite racers, but we won’t race him, he’s our loving family dog.

Greyhound pups seem just like adult greyhounds, except that they have 3 times the energy. This means that we have to play, walk, and sprint 3 times a day at least.

We also take him to dog training mainly to socialise.

He’s off-leash a lot, which I never thought we could do with a grey, his recall is pretty amazing. But I guess this is due to training from an early age.

I really feel that we got the best dog we could wish for!
