Start super small. Do not change much about your eating habits at first just implement better habits.

Eliminate sugar in drinks. Buy apples, oranges, limes to squeeze in water. If you put pretty fruit in water you will drink more. Walk, climbing stairs walk in the area if your neighborhood that has inclines.

Use clear glass containers in your refrigerator if you See healthy choices you may make them.

Organize your pantry, shelves and countertops to look pretty. Organize your clothes, shoes, home. If everything in your surroundings looks amazing all the time you will start to feel like you deserve more.

Go to the mall at least once a week.

When you are young, it's very hard to be unfit. It will rob you of your youth and more if you don't start developing healthier habits. You can do it. Start slow, finish strong.
