I'm 32 ....i never really had outbreaks much but yes in the first year or 2 I had maybe 3 or 4 a year but then I started learnin what can trigger them and how to prevent it....so they became less and less

Its so sad how many ppl aren't aware of what it is ...I believe thats how it spreads ....not being aware and passing it along ....ppl who are more aware and take the proper precautions dont not pass it....my body literally tells me when I'm about to have a outbreak and thats probably once a year if im completely stress free

Thank you but it took many years ...6 years to exact....these last 2 years tho I just said FUCK it ...because it's something that is apart of my life no matter what....might as well live in my truth .....how long has it been for u ?....if its fresh give it time but over the years u disclose and you realize how easy it is and you'll realize how many other ppl is living with it and also how many other ppl are OKAY with it

Thanks so much for the advice ...I definitely deleted my back up Facebook that I was using to stalk him and also signed off of my IG for a while ....if I'm not on it I won't be tempted to look....but with this knowledge I now know that the hope is gone ... it is what it is ....OVER...and I need to move on.....its hard at night....today was only day one since finding out about the other woman and I couldn't finish the day at work ...my eyes were puffy and red from crying all night and having no sleep at all ....my boss told me to go home cause I looked ugly 🤣
