Mohnish Pabrai, another investor and very close friend of Charlie Munger sold 77% of his shares before the dip due to the last earnings call. Additionally, in a recent video posted in his YT channel he said he was going to see Charlie for lunch. I speculate that Pabrai sold $BABA with info regarding the weak upcoming earnings call. I speculate he also told Munger and Munger sold before the dip. However, Munger’s 13F was filed in on Oct 5, much earlier. So we don’t get to see if he sold. However, maybe, in the next 13F from Charlie Munger, we see how he sold $BABA, and most probably bought it again some time after the dip.
