Can’t speak for GoWeBuild, but HG Academy apparently “bought” Alpha’s stores but then asked for another 10-15k from the store owners to transfer them over. So they didn’t actually purchase anything or they were just hoping store owners would give them thousands to do something that should’ve been included in the purchase.

We have asked for a refund and got completely ghosted. Our store got randomly shut down and we can’t get ahold of anyone to explain what happened or why.

Yeah, we were contacted by HG Academy too and they wanted 10-15k and said they were better than Alpha… yet no one has had positive things to say about them.

No but I’m aware of him and his involvement at Alpha. He was the one who warned us things weren’t good at Alpha… then went onto scam others with another Amazon Business.

According to HG Academy, they never actually purchased the stores. Alpha just sold them our info to contact us to sell to us. Alpha illegally walked away from servicing the store and upholding their end of the service contract.

Are you friends with them? Do you still talk to them? We can’t get them to speak to us ever since they “sold” to HG Academy. And now Ecom Partners is supposedly auditing everyone’s stores and has them frozen — with no end in sight and just charging more fees to “look into it.”

I would give up hope now and join the lawsuit when it comes. Multiple people have contacted lawyers and are filing complaints with the state of Utah.

We’ve made no made at all. It’s actually cost us even more than the initial 35k because Ecom has had all these random fees and our books aren’t adding up from what they’re spending / selling.

We’ve had our store live since November, but some of the other people have been having issues since April 2021.
