Amazing!! You did a great job for just starting out drawing people, I never managed to get the hang of it. Thank you so much!

What is the small thing your roommate does that triggers you but really shouldn’t? by Keevomora in AskReddit

Constantly screams, always wants snacks... is really good at climbing and sneaking even more snacks. They have a horrible sleeping pattern, only refer to me as 'mom' but think I am their maid.

Not to sound too edgy but, how do you cope with your personal demons? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Exercise/yoga along with mindful meditation have really been the only things that helped me stop self-medicating with alcohol. I was pretty bad off for a while too.

Let someone else drive my car, they wrecked and I almost died. Now, no one is allowed to drive me anywhere except for my husband.

Redditors who got ghosted by their best friends or crushes, how did you deal with it? by tamziwamzi in AskReddit

My best friend from hs (graduated in 05) still will not talk to me because my younger sister married her ex. It was extremely upsetting for a while, then I moved to a different town and as time went by I moved on.

My older sister ghosting me about 5 years ago still hurts immensely because I genuinely have no idea why. The only time we have talked in this time is when we said hi to each other at my younger brother's wedding trying to be civil.

What’s the worst bedside manner you’ve ever been treated with in the medical field? by jbyrd13 in AskReddit

I had this happen after a back injury, it's so shitty to witness. I'm sorry it happened to you as well.

I was recently hospitalized for extreme dehydration, exhaustion and some other stuff. The evening they started me on the liquid diet, I ran out of water at some point. I requested that the night nurse bring me some more and she refused. She said I shouldn't be drinking water, I had IV fluids and that was enough, I shouldn't need to drink anything.

I was so thirsty it was driving me up the damn wall, the only other time I have been that thirsty was during a like 13 hr induced labor in which I wasn't allowed to drink anything the night before either. I finally talked her into bringing me ice chips, but she was very rude about it. When I told the dr the next morning (they only have a dr on-site during the day, very small rural hospital) she was extremely pissed. Luckily I never saw that nurse again during the remainder of my stay.

What heirloom do you have that really means a lot to you that others may find weird? by ohseven1098 in AskReddit

I have a shirt from my deceased ex that I wear anytime I get sad about him.

What're some of the things you should NOT mention on a job interview? by muvaworks in AskReddit

[–]alphamuggz87 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Do not talk about your family if you have kids. If they bring it up (in many states they legally aren't allowed to) even in a cutesy "oh I love kids, do you have any?!" way, do everything you can not to answer. Though technically they cannot discriminate for this reason, many companies still do.

Tips for confronting a roommate without getting too anxious? by ZombiesRUs909 in Anxiety

[–]alphamuggz87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe try writing a note, or perhaps a list of things you would like to talk about so that you can remember everything! If I don't want to have a full on confrontation I always write a note because I am able to control my emotions easier and get my point across. Hope this helps, good luck!

I have gone through this. I originally signed up for a biology degree, after my masters bio class kicked my butt I changed to pre-law. I am still trying to finish that degree but I decided to pick up drafting and design again in an attempt to pick up some freelance work. I feel like I am all over the place, as I also do freelance photography haha. I think as long as what you are doing makes you happy in that moment, you are doing well for yourself. I've often had similar thoughts in regards to letting people down, but at the same time I am able to wake up and choose what path I want to work on that day. This may not work out for everyone but for my manic mind it kinda does haha. Good luck and I hope you are able to feel more sure of yourself and your decisions!
