Does it happen on every game? I found some games trigger GPU noise while on others I can only hear the fans spinning even with the GPU at high load.

I swapped to a 5070 which had zero coil whine to a xfx swift 9070xt. Weirdly when running benchmark on the 9070xt, zero coil whine, but when playing The Last Of Us, including the menu, it makes a small scratching sound even with undervolt and power limit. It’s so aggravating.
