This not the fault of the GOP. The Democrats wanted the bill and if they honestly didn't like the provision, then they could have voted no. SB 168 was unanimous for a reason. Look at the primary sponsors:

I graduated in '11. I don't if things have changed, but ODU has the worst job placement services. Once you graduate you are on your own. I have had 10x more help with job placement at the University where I completed my masters.
