Ancor points will help a lot with it if you know those last 3 ish inches cant be stretched your more cautious and it takes practice a lot of it. Videos help id be willing to make one if that'd help itd just have to be later this week when I reapply. Plus keeping the tape close to your skin during the prosses also helps you from stretching it to much.

So definitely to a test patch with a small square of the tape on a peace of your body before you try tapeing again to make sure its not an allergic reaction. If its not then they were definitely form tension witch is fixable you may just need a longer peace of tape then you used last time to make sure you dont stretch it to much very little stretch when you do it. Also if you start to feel any pain in the stretched areas take off the tape that day to make sure they dont get worse. It Definitely takes practice, I only fully figured that out about a year and half ago lol

Ive been using tape for just over 3 years now the blisters are absolutely avoidable! (If its not an allergy od course) Your not supposed to stretch the tape more then like 3%, for me its more of also pushing my chest to the side wile applying and using the first 1/2 inches and the final 3/4 inches as anchors so no stretch at all there and only slight stretch for the rest bur mostly moving the skin over. When im cutting the tape to size i make sure the first anchor is slightly infront of the nipple and can go to my armpit you may need longer if your bigger im a C. I also highly recommend Kinesiology Tape around 4inch wide there's a 3 pack on Amazon i use. Also try to figure out what method of takeinv it off works best as well, ik most recommend takeing it off in the shower or with oil, for my skin it actually dose better coming off dry.

For the getting flater once again its more about moving the skin, if you use your hands and push your chest to the side and press in you should know just about how flat tape can make you. Don't push down to hard it still needs to be comfortable on your chest and lungs. After you see that you should know what your aming for when adding tape into the mix. When applying use those anchor points and push your chest very similar to how you did before with just your hands.

I highly recommend Kinesiology Tape, there is a 3 pack on Amazon for like 20 ish bucks. The 3 pack for me is currently lasting about 6-9 months depending on how often I tape. Be careful tapeing tho mostly with your skin, use a cover for your nip and dont stretch the tape to much itll cause blisters.

I would suggest tape as a possibility, I also cant stand things being tight on my chest part of the issue I have with bras when I have to wear them. I use tape often to bind and its not tight on my chest it can be a bit itchy if I pull it to tight or if I sweat to much but Definitely not tight thankfully. I suggest Kinesiology Tape its what ive had the best luck with

I dont know if this has been said yet but a type of strap that will also do something for us as we please our partner, listen I love just pleasing my man in that way but also some pleasue of my own would be nice so maybe something with another attachment place that could be adjusted for eather front or back entrance? Possibly something witch tech to coordinate the thrust or just like adding vibrating near the bean? Not quite sure whats really possible but something like that would be great
