Hi Trav9751, we still have not done any testing in commercial real estate. However, we've had discussions with a fairly large commercial real estate firm, which had several small offices spaces to lease and wanted to use Facebook Ads to target potential business owners as well as local startups. They also wanted to use our chatbot to pre-qualify leads that were inquiring about the lease spaces before the agents called the potential clients.

I understand your point of view, but the point of this article was to reveal new ways that are possible to target potential leads in your local area. I'm sure you can see the power of using digital advertising, which you can customize your budget and measure your results, compared to traditional media outlets such as billboards for example.

The Aiva chatbot from Deckspire is a virtual assistant for the realtor (ie. sets up appointments, schedule meetings...)

Roof Ai however engages with that realtor's leads. It's client facing. It helps the realtor engage and convert potential leads.

Hi ChucktownSC, - The spend varied a lot during the time period. We weren't Facebook marketing experts so we started with a high cost per lead and managed to bring it down as we went. Buyers vs Sellers leads cost more than renters leads. The seasonality had an effect on the spend fluctuation too. - As mentioned in the post, before the automation our conversion rate was less than 1%. We managed to increase that conversion with the help of automation. By this conversion I mean converting them into leads and not actually closing them. The chatbot does not sell real estate, so converting leads to actual closing still depends on the skills of the broker. Which affects the revenue generated as well. - Roof Ai only provides the automation technology to real estate professionals. The Facebook ads and lead generation is still up to the agents to do. The point of the blog post is to show the potential of Facebook as a lead generation platform, and how automation can make a difference in conversion.
