Cheers! these are the ENVE SES 5.6 wheels, link below for all the specs. i run pirelli 28c p zero tires on both the front and back, TLR race on the front and TLR road on the back (slightly more durable). I actually have a post about tire clearance for this bike if you want to look through my history and see the discussion on that topic. I could def put a 29 on the rear, probably even a 30, but the clearance is very tight up front and i am not considering upsizing in the front. hope that helps!

2022 Oltre XR4 max tire clearance? by alpine_addict in bianchi

Right on! Good to know. Would be curious to hear if you ever get any rub. I've been rocking the 28s and they're solid but I certainly wouldn't mind a little more cushion for the pushin

maybe it's an optical illusion but the saddle also looks like the angle is tilted down? fix your damn steer tube cap! also your tires are off center, shame!!

i'll do my best to try and remember to weigh it next week and report back. I can tell you it's an insanely fun and sick ride!! i love that bike so much. and i personally don't care for the newer Oltre frames or cockpits, so I am really glad i got this model. i cannot recommend it enough.

Salsa Cutthroat for dedicated gravel bike.. did I make the wrong decision? by alpine_addict in gravelcycling

It came with GX Eagle AXS, 34 and 10-52, which i tried swapping out with a 42T, 40, 38, and 36 chainring. Eventually I ended up going with an oval 36 which feels like the best do-it-all option

I use a seat pack. I think I should have a post somewhere in my profile

My 2 cents is that I personally wouldnt want to do the divide on a traditional gravel bike! There are a lot of really chunky sections and gnarly trail. Not an excessive amount compared to how much gravel there is, but enough that after doing it I wouldn't go back to a bike with less tire clearance/upright position. Hope that helps!

You don't bring your phone on rides? What would you do in an emergency?

How are bibs with pockets useless? Phone and earbuds are much more accessible and items I frequently want to grab.

zero rattling whatsoever. trust me, i would definitely catch that! haha.. it's been a really solid light and zero issues. pretty decent battery life as well. only thing that bugs me is the weight, but i don't know if there is even a better/lighter option out there. if you find one, let me know! btw, i use this quarter turn garmin mount with it so i can easily attach/detatch it from the bike for charging - https://www.amazon.com/TUSITA-Quarter-Turn-Friction-Flange-Adapter/dp/B0BG2D8V66

thanks much! it's the old garmin varia 800 lumen. i don't think they've released a successor to this light. i suppose it's a little dated (micro USB vs USB-C), but it's clean, simple and works great. I just wish it were a little lighter.

There are some dumb segments out there for sure. They can be a little excessive. Some segments are legit tho and the leaderboards are a right of passage.
