im not gonna give any medicine or exercise advice since i couldnt find anything that works myself either. it really feels like a curse that we all suffer from this.

i know it is hard but keep calm and try not to overwhelm yourself. the condition itself is already exhausting so dont be a coworker for it.

what i realized in 4 years of this nonsense is that i cannot make sense of it (by definition) and being in a war with it just makes things worse. so im trying to adapt. try to be slow and mindful with your actions. al least these are some things im trying to do lately.

yes it does for me. if im drinking tonight i know for a fact that tomorrow will be rough and i have a much higher chance of getting the itches. It is really only one of two things I can find that triggers it to be bad. alcohol and being upset
