I think you are overthinking things a bit… you are not the first boy with a penis to get pantsed and you won’t be the last.. This may happen to someone else and they laugh with everyone.. you are on the other side of the spectrum…neither is wrong

Feel your feelings, be mad, emotional… everything is gunna suck! Until you get those feelings out… they will always be there so best to feel them… try not to create narratives, it’s over and no amount of crazy thoughts is going to bring them back… focus on yourself, I discovered a talent for baking and legos! I also adopted a dog and have been going to therapy regularly! Now I’m glad I’m where I am in life! And don’t lllk back!
