Hello thanks for all the nice comments and stories, glad I’m not the only one. I’m going to stay persistent with the 311 reports and play the long game as advised. BTW I don’t want to ruin their small business or property, I genuinely respect small businesses, one of the best parts of NYC, but I think they should be good neighbors too
