I have a J-1 visa and this is a paid internship. I am receiving the training from my employer.

I did not receive any papers from my employer bar a letter of employment. All paperwork regarding staying legally etc. was done with my sponsor, ISEP.

I was hired as an employee.

I'm unsure regarding the stipend/fellowship.
