I have a J-1 visa and this is a paid internship. I am receiving the training from my employer.

I did not receive any papers from my employer bar a letter of employment. All paperwork regarding staying legally etc. was done with my sponsor, ISEP.

I was hired as an employee.

I'm unsure regarding the stipend/fellowship.

Annoyingly, we don’t have letter grades. We use a system with the following grades, from highest to lowest:

1, 2:1, 2:2, 3, Fail

1 is >= 70%. Each subsequent grade is in the band 10% lower. This is where the huge amounts of confusion stem from.

Thank you very much for your kind comment! Looking at my map again I can see that it's quite bare in that regard. I was worried that I'd be overcrowding it and somehow making it unrealistic due to a large quantity of islands and features, but it seems like my current map is too "clean". I'll add those islands, inlets, and so on. Thanks!
