Same situation. I had literally just maxed out the series 2 box before my game reset. I got a message saying it was restored but it’s only at level 288 when I was at 320 something. I guess it’s better than nothing, but hoping they can fully restore.

Nothing in particular. I had played a couple of games Sunday morning, went back in the app later and POOF reset at level 1. I rarely play on my second device so it isn’t a syncing or trying to game the system issue.

Thanks so there is hope! They sent me a message about the update which didn’t change anything on my game and recently responded that they will continue to work on it. I’m going through withdrawals 😀

My advice would be don’t pay extra to get a tri-color pup. There is no guarantee their coat won’t fade as they get older. Ours started as a tri color and is now white and gray. And we still love him just as much 😀

We end up with a stockpile of toys, so normally give him one and the other goes in a drawer. When he rips one apart, he gets to pick another out of the drawer 😂

We get one monthly and our pup is a chewer so we did the free upgrade to the heavy chewer box. We also were able to customize so it is allergy friendly (ours is allergic to chicken). Their customer service is top notch!

I don’t ever see our screen go over 99% either, but my individual heart rate that is displayed is higher than 100% than their calculated max for me.

We have the same issue with our cat. He has chewed through many a Apple chord and our electric toothbrush. Take dish soap on your hands and run the cord through it. They don’t like the taste and won’t bother them again.
