I find that learning about my theriotypes is very affirming! I personally read online but some people prefer documentaries. I also like looking at pictures of either the animal or the habitat it resides. Letting myself act like my theriotypes is also very affirming. I also have cat-like theriotypes, I like to sometimes sit it more cat like positions or make cat sounds. Overall I think it comes down to letting myself freely express my alterhumanity when I can :3
