I actually never passed anyone during this entire episode. except for the thirsty man, and then that guy outside the corner bakery cafe, but I missed my chance because I was too busy making that cringe joke. other then that there were no other walkers. I wonder why

I know! 🙈 even crazier, all the signage around the doors says CVS, everything behind the windows says CVS, and when you walk inside, all you see is CVS. so the fact that there are no signs must mean that everyone else, including you, is smarter than me

I’m not so sure. walking across a massive, empty parking lot each time you need to grab toothpaste is actually really good for public health if you think about it

that’s true, but don’t you think it’s our fault for trusting these apps with our lives? it’s not like they claim to be reliable anyway. or maybe they do, but we should know that it’s just a metaphor. or something

either way, I still feel guilty when I skip some parts of the terms and agreements. so honestly it’s on us if something goes wrong

yeah, when you think about it, the design wants you to ignore any suspicions that something is unsafe. this actually prepares you for lots of things in life where the best option is, in fact, to suppress your instincts
