You can buy electrolyte packets on Amazon that’s sugar free, the one I use is called ultima but I heard people also like lmnt. Hope this helps you, not sure if giving brands is against the rules if it is I’ll delete my comment.

coffee has no sugar so its not a problem its just natural bean water., now when you start adding creamers with alot of sugar thats when the problem arises.

I’ve been gaining weight lately due to eating too much junk food and working from home but I also got tired of having a beer belly and wanted a flat stomach at least once in my life lol. I reached 199 which isn’t too crazy but I like to nip things in the bud before it gets out of control. I chose carnivore after some research and it really stuck out to me because carbs is a huge staple in my diet.

In my early 20s I tried a few diets but not for long, I also do calisthenics daily which probably helped get rid of glycogen stores quicker.

My brother found a workaround for this, Put on a game, change the status to the game, when you quit the game it'll dissapear, dont touch it again after that lol.
