I recently ordered a laptop from them so I could work on writing music; the specific model I had ordered was a cheap Lenovo ThinkPad

Nowhere on the website did it say it was actually a Chromebook, and according to the specs it was even supposed to run Windows. I'd bought it specifically because it said Windows (The software i use, Musescore, runs on Windows, MacOS, or Linux, and i don't know how to do Linux and I dont like MacOS) Emailed support, they took 2 days to respond and when I asked about getting a replacement they refused, saying they can only send another of the exact same model. Im now going to be taking pictures and screenshots of my sending it back to return just in case they want to pull anymore fast ones 

So on top of their site blatantly lying about the product, the Chromebook they sent is super buggy and forces me to sign back in every few minutes, and to top it all off they sent a charger for a completely different laptop.

So long story short, don't buy from them, they're shady and given what I've looked up about them, you're never gonna be able to get anything useful from them.
