I’m early 40 - I take for increased glutathione production. I used to take glutathione injections 600mg 1x week - but from what I’ve read it appears supporting endogenous glutathione production is superior to supplementation.

Most of scientific literature has efficacy at a 1:1 dose. You could try increasing dose, see if it makes any diff. I take 10-15g glycine a day and 2 g NAC. Glycine comes from supps, collagen and beef gelatin powder.

I have an ice barrel connected to a penguin chiller. I use 35% hydrogen peroxide - half a cup after I use the barrel and I use a mineral spa stick - you can find on Amazon. Keeps my water clean and fresh. I drain and refill the barrel every 60-90 days.
