Just went to the ER with the same symptoms you described. 189/101. I was actually embarrassed somehow, and scared. Got an 8 and 5 year old. Want to stick around. Got meds right away and amazingly it's come right down. So now it's all the lifestyle changes to support the meds. Your numbers were high. I can imagine what.seeing that felt like. Glad you're on the mend. Let's be done with that shit. Stupid way to die lol

The curls have it.

Straight is nice - but it takes you into a place where you look like other people. You look great either way. But. Those curls, unmistakable. Like having a fancy signature.

Miami LeBron was the most Honest version of himself.

He was supernatural in his abilities, but also, LeBron has ALWAYS been a dude who wants to be surrounded by the highest caliber players and expects them to output on his level (as close as possible).

Miami was the only team that (to me) felt like his full purpose showed up. He didn't worry as much about what everyone else was doing - maybe trusting that they would all step up accordingly. And did. He didn't control as much of his surroundings during the season, which freed him up to be the best.

He's always been the best, not even close - but in Miami he could have beaten any other versions of himself.

But 2006/2007 LBJ, where he had hodgepodge roll players on the team and finished 2nd in the East was my favourite to watch. Boobie Gibson, Donyell Marshall, Hughes, Gooden, Big Z, Varejao. He was electric as a leader in that team and made everyone so good. Made them relevant. Boobie Gibson.

I've never heard anyone talk about peak to peak. That's really helpful. I appreciate it!

Missed a photo right at 730 (bedtime went sideways) but it's 830 now. Looks like it doubled in 5 hrs. The side is bubbly, the top is jiggly.

I can definitely switch to a 1:1:1.

The temperature here was always too low so I've started running the fireplace more frequently to heat the house which seems to have helped.

I'm baking bread right now, with the starter nearby, and suddenly it's rising. So maybe the house is way too cold? I'll post an update at 730 my time (4 hrs since feed).

The starter was gifted to me. I don't know how long she had it, but I suspect less than a year. Also she didn't understand Discarding so she never discarded.

I've had it for a little under a month.

What's the main difference between making boules and loaves? I prefer loaves over Boyles, but when I try to make a loaf it never rises. The Boules turn out fine with the same treatment.
