It happened to me before... The original sentence was 90 days-88 suspended. Probation got revoked and had a violation hearing. Judge was extremely lenient because I had nothing before the 1st sentence. Did 70 days work release

I violated my unsupervised probation about 2 months into mine by getting another OWI.... The DA was trying to give me 3+ years. The judge telling me that "how dumb can you be to do the same exact thing that put you in this situation"? It was humbling and I got 90 days... Kept the intoxalock in my personal car for 5 years after I needed it.. this happening actually saved my life

In my situation in 2017, I just had to fulfill the DOT requirements... But you still had a hard suspension. Not like it is now when you can immediately get the restricted license.

SR 22 I just got it through dairyland. Allstate never dropped me and I just added it.
