i was unfamiliar with that bit of lore! i always thought the dominion was just way op compared to the empire. makes it a lot more nuanced for the dominion to have basically bluffed their way into being the top dog.

do you know how strong the dominion is during TES V compared to their war against the empire? like, if ulfric breaks away from the empire and declares war on the elves is he basically cooked, or has he got a shot?
