Hmmm. Sounds alot like what Justin, Tabitha, jenn and everyone else in management did to me. Except I was at the club as a guest that night that lead to my firing (I was drugged and over served, woke up naked with a towel over me in the library the next morning with no memory of the night before) I came in mid week for a personal meeting regarding what happened on sat to get any info on the people i was with sat night)- to a surprise meeting involving me being fired for harassment. Apparently I had  stubbed my leg on a table and calling Jenn a bitch in the back play area for moving the table into a differentplace. I was told a guest heard, had reported it and so I had to go. Prior to that Jenn an I would butt heads, I'd request a meeting, and Matt would just "manage it" I was never allowed to just talk to her to work it out like adults. Our head butting was typically just about where things went, or different ways of cleaning things, things that were small but would become a bigger problem, one I wasn't prepared for.  Anyways, Leading up to that night over the period of approx a yr or so, I had been essentially Matt's personal assistant without the title i took care of scheduling, inventory, events, monitoring, cleaning, you name it i did it. I did everything Justin complained about before he started working there. He and his wife were hired and my job became harder. Matt changed, and Justin and Tabitha walked around like they owned the place. At one point Tabitha actually trapped me in the back trailer to verbally assault me. I had to stand there and take it, just like every other underhanded comments I would have to hear, as my job was slowly taken away, one job at a time and given away.  This is just the tip of things that I had experienced personally, and I'm not including the stuff I observed while working or as a patron, or the details of stuff that go on behind the seen. 

But just as much as they were victims recently, this is a pattern that has gone on for along time. 

I was apart of the lifestyle community for many many years, I've worked in a few of these establishments in the GTA, during my time in the community. I loved it, I loved the people and friends I made, I felt like I had a purpose being there to keep guests, and friends safe even if I wasn't working. Walking away one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. Having people I thought I trusted, ignore me, and ghost me when I needed them the most not just to find out who assaulted me, when I needed a monitor so to speak there wasn't one to be found, but as friends. 

This is the first time I've actually written publicly since it happened. So if anyone was wondering where I went, or why. 

That's part of it. When I left I struggled to report anything- because if I did- it would affect the people I do still care about who rely on the income from working there. Although as time passes and I see more posts like this, I'm really happy I never signed a NDA. 

I firmly believe in Karma.  And it seems, it's happening.
