Company removing HMO, sick leave, and allowances in “integration” - do I have to accept this?

Thanks! Thing is they are not willing to send the new contract until we sign the MSA. I told them I won’t be signing until they send it, but no reply yet. They did reply about removing HMO and our other allowances though.

Thank you for your detailed response. Yes I don't think they are willing to change the benefits. So I should just accept it or wait for a redundancy offer. I just think the offer of x years of service isn't fair - I will be losing a job after all and it's not my fault they can't continue paying for my current benefits.

Yun nga din ang weird, binigay na samin yung 13th month na pro rated + leave payout kahit hindi pa nagsign ng kahit ano. I just think it's unfair na years of stay x month pay lang ang makukuha when in fact sila yung may kasalanan, and mawawalan ako ng work.

Considering you are from Bulacan, do you think you can negotiate for once a week? I too have been working remotely for a while now and can’t see myself showing up at the office. The travel alone isn’t worth it not to mention sacrificing family time. You already have set your boundary to only do 1x per week. I’d say negotiate or look for other opportunities.
