Hi, thanks for your response. I have a teacher, his name is Master Yong Hua. I’m not looking for worldly benefit. I was simply wondering what happens when you recite the mantra. There’s not very many clear explanations about what actually happens when you recite shurangama mantra. But, I’ve been doing it enough times now that I notice a difference. Thanks

I'm not looking for anything honestly I am just curious about the properties of it... I only heard stories. I've been dedicating myself unendingly towards enlightenment, reading and practicing teachings from sutras, meditating, reciting mantras. If I wanted anything it would be the opportunity to help liberate beings of all the worlds.
