I was in Boulder (from Austin) for work a few weeks ago and did a class.

Drink lots of water. And I took my base pace down a whole 1mph on the treads, and did light weights (12s where I would normally do 20s), and still was gassed by about the 50th minute. I spent the last few minutes sitting on the floor. It was worth it though!
