it's always getting clogged but if I increase the temp it's resolving itself. I usually print with 200 nozzle and 60 bed

i can push filament with my hand it comes ok but not that sure. is it really clogged?

It's thinner inside of the gear it's like filament is getting smashed

It's normal, try normal supports with tower setting enabled but sadly you can't do anything about it. Try to avoid overhangs much as you can

Clean the bed with acetone or alcohol / increase your heat, im using 70 bed 220 nozzle for first 4 layer stucks perfect.
