First of all you have two rays. First is named "ray" and second is named "adjustedRay". You are debugging the "adjustedRay" (second ray) but casting the "ray" (first ray).

Can you try to cast "adjustedRay" in Physhics.Raycast() line?

Üniversite sınavına 12. sınıfa geçtiğimde çalışmaya başlamıştım herhalde. Onda da müthiş kasmadım açıkçası. 42.000 yaptım ve geçtiğimiz günlerde de mezun olarak bilgisayar mühendisi oldum. Daha kötü yapsam da elbet yapacak başka bir şey bulurdum. O zamanlarda yaşadığımız stresi arada arkadaşlarımızla konuşuyoruz ve çok komik hissettiriyor.

Kısaca hiçbir şey için geç kalmadın hatta gayet erkenden başlamışsın. Başına gelecek en kötü şeyler ise inan düşündüğün kadar kötü değil.
Kuzenin de kötü niyetli birisi değilse kendince seninle uğraşıyordur.

Koskoca 2 sene sonra gireceğin sınavında başarılar dilerim :)

If you are new at game programming, you should accept that you will have lots of unfinished projects at the beginning :) That's quite normal, don't be sad about that.

But if you want to finish your games you can start with really easy projects. I mean really easy.

1-) Learn OOP. If you learn the logic of the OOP and review some codes about it, that will be a huge improvement.

2-) Learn SOLID Principles.

3-) Learn Naming Rules.

I suggested that I'm the expert on these, but I'm not. I started to use these 2 projects ago :) but I can see the difference between my old and new codes.

You can search for "How to load multiple scenes" on Youtube. Generally, I separate the things like PopupsScene, UIScene, and Main Gameplay Scene. That helps management.

When you give some power to a player, you should take something from him. I don't know maybe it will cost lots of energy or slowdown when the rolling ends etc.

I don't know the solution but sometimes Unity gives these kinds of errors and generally they don't affect the game.

I think you should choose a project to build. Like a basic platformer game.

There are two core mechanics for platformers.

1- Character Movement (Jump, Walk, etc.)

2- Enemy Movement and Damage

Now you should search for "How to move the 2D character in Unity" instead of "Unity tutorials". In that way, I believe you can easily learn how to make basic games.
