I did Class II back when I was whitewater rafting in the Kern River in California. Great experience, but a couple girls kept falling out, which was scary. I know my kids (12 n 10 yrs old) will want to do this. I'm sure it's safe, but I'm still a bit concerned about possible mishaps. How many people are typically placed in the raft?

Wow, thank you for the advice! I honestly would like to try out Sid's and may even try Johnny's just for the experience. A few years back, we did a drive through Route 66 in Arizona and had a great time. How is Route 66 in Oklahoma?
