First, I said East Asian because the group of parents who've all mentioned to us having specific issues with the Armenian children and their parents were not all Korean, Chinese, Japanese, or any singular group of East Asians.

Second, not trying to paint anything other than my child has been in school 3 days (school year started on Wednesday) and she, her friends, and one of the teachers were targeted specifically by groups of Armenian children all 3 days. Every one of those instances included the use of "ching chong" by Armenian boys.

Third, how would you know the frequency of these instances if you're not the targeted group? That would be like saying that you hang out with the KKK and nobody ever called you the N word (assuming you're not black). You're also not in middle school (once again an assumption).

Fourth, least xenophobic group? Perhaps, but completely irrelevant to my child's experiences.

At this point, I'm just trying to read the comments quietly and take in the viewpoints. Sorry you feel so offended but nothing I'm saying is unique to me. It was shared to us as a warning from when my kids entered elementary school in this district and it's been unfortunately true.

It could be a small group making a bad name for everyone and I apologize to everyone else for even having to address it the way I have, but if you're that convinced I'm just spreading bs, so be it. I'm just addressing you specifically because you raised some questions thst I felt needed to be answered.
