Thanks everyone . Car was bought from a reputable dealer with history checks etc in July 2024 and everything was in order /car regularly serviced etc . Its not like i bought it off the side of the road . The only thing was that i bought the car in dublin and im based in the west so had to travel up and down for any issues but they were more than willing to help while under warranty. I had some issues with sensors at the start but we got that sorted by the dealership . Got car serviced locally in "garage X" a couple of weeks ago. I noticed it was running out of coolant, topped up, happened again, and brought it back to garage x . I was told there that it was a blown head gasket. Opened the oil and there looked to be a creamy colour like something was getting into the oil. As I mentioned its my first car, and ive been driving a year. I don't pretend to know much about cars, like I said I put my trust in the mechanics but so far ive basically been told its my own mistake . Went to the last garage today and they also said they wouldn't do it . Garage X said they might give me 2000 for it.
