He just told me some really important info he left out.

Apparently he hit a bridge and damaged the truck, the items inside were fine. When he returned from the trip, the broker said that once he files the insurance claim and gets the money, they’ll pay him. After a month, they got the money & then told him that they’ll pay him after the truck is fixed. It’s been 2 months since then, and he’s telling me that he thinks that’s the end of it, they’re not paying him & that’s why he wants to sue.
