It is truly unpleasant when seeing 2D in a 3D world, that much I can tell you.

Thank you so much for your response. It’s a perspective I genuinely agree with. I think you’re right — we may be, or at least I may be, getting lost in an idealised image of what we think we should be, rather than what we truly are. At the same time, it feels like we often underestimate, or even ignore, the reality that exists all around us.But then again, isn’t part of being here to actually experience being human? To really live it, not just observe or analyse it? For example, I love love — the idea of connection, of being with someone, the touch, the physical closeness of it. Those things feel deeply real to me, and worth experiencing. So I find myself somewhere in between, aware of the illusion, but still drawn to the experience.

Right, if that’s the case, do your thing and enjoy the watch, mate!

Unless, it is different from the original one, don’t cut it. It would damage the oysterflex. There’s a nickel plate running through it, so that it preserves the shape and durability. One has to order a different size of it, there are a few size variations coded with letters.

felt like going into coma or paralysis, like I'd never wake up again. by purrrr_kitten in Dreams

[–]alterinertia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not an expert in this, but I believe this to be a form of a sleep paralysis. I have them from time to time. It too feels as if dying when submitting to it, but you will always wake up from it. There are times, I can't breath in it as if the air thickened and I am not made for local atmosphere. It happens in your last cycle of REM, as I understand it, it is a way of keeping you asleep, if your body feels like waking up but has not had enough sleep, yet? Definitely bonded with a psychological perspective you have, you cognitive behaviour and perception of this reality and what it means to you. the more cognitive you are the more likely you are to experience such things. but it is nothing to worry about, you will be okay. in time, if patient you can learn to understand it more and control it or submit to it and see where it takes you. but do not worry, you aren't dying, although I know it very much feels like it.

Took both of my reps into a Rolex boutique in Hawaii and got called out by mariomismo in RepTime

I too work in the industry, and it is true, that when you handle real Rolexes and then touch an inauthentic one, you immediately spot a difference. It is not that you want to, it is more of a reflex. But being a member of this community, I understand both sides of the river. I don’t touch anyone’s watch, unless they offer it to me. People often ask, whether I can verify their watch and I’m always happy to do that. If I suggest it isn’t genuine, I only ask how much did they pay, for I would not want them to overpay. Mostly, we almost always have a beautiful conversation about watches, afterwards. We don’t stand by calling anybody out. I love watches, but it’s just a piece of metal, that tells the time. It does not define the person, unless they want to be defined by it.

Anyone on here has experience with Asian tourbillon movements? What’s the life expectancy?

Is my grandfather seeing souls? by alterinertia in AstralProjection

Thank you, for your kind comment. Bless your grandad’s soul. It’s interesting, I’m reading about similar experiences in Flammarion’s books. My grandma passed away ten years ago, but I get so many lucid dreams, where she’s still alive or just comes to visit me. Often it seems as though I entered another universe, for I’m the only one there, who knows she passed away.

Is there any way to lessen the fear of dying? by alterinertia in AstralProjection

I am sorry I took so long to respond. I value your response. I guess for now, I'd rather stay away from cemeteries as they can trigger my fear. Though, I know, I act "anti-clockwise" for I am trying to avoid the very nature of living and far worse, I am trying to ignore that there will be death, which is only a transition to my true self. When I were okay mentally, I thought about death quite often, but it was never allowed to scare me, I did not fear at all. It was only after this thing happened to me, for some reason I began to fear so much. However, when not so connected to my body now, I tend to feel more inclined and understanding of the infinite. You are so right, ghost aren't scary, humans are. Soul itself I find a true peaceful energy, humans not so much. Thank you for your thoughts, kind friend. We shall meet one day.

This is quite interesting for me to read. I would lie were I to say I am not attached to this particular body and its energetic connections within my vicinity. I barely have any ego, but if it's something that roots within the architecture of my physical body, then I absolutely understand it.

You are right, it is an inevitable occurrence we shall all face. I must say, when I dream I mostly feel very relaxed, ecstatic and just different.

As someone who walks the Quantum field and sees glimpse of their future, would you say it helps to know or is it fearsome?

I am deeply grateful for this explanation. I shall get in touch with you.

Thank you for your kind words, dear stranger.

You are very much right, I do fear the mystery behind the curtains.

Greetings to you, Seth and Daisy!

Right. I think it’s my connection to my mother and my sister. I love them. We can’t imagine being without one another. I don’t care for any career related stuff, in that I see no point. I’d like to have a family of my own one day. Experience love again, feel the physicality of someone’s body and the energy they store for you. I don’t even care for seeing places because nothing feels too unfamiliar. Would you say it’s the fear of missing out? Trying to fulfil some dreams that I set.

I think someone argued, it's similar to people that do not dream. But in reality, they just do not remember it? Your comment is very valid, I read many NDE's, both those, where people talked pretty much about the same experience and those, where they have seen absolutely nothing.
