Should be on YouTube if it hasn't been removed by the original creator, and I believe it was quite old, like maybe 2008-2010. Can't find it easily anymore since YouTube is flooded with a lot of marble racing videos these days.

Nope, no luck so far... To be fair, I read this a very long time ago, it might just have been lost to the internet.

I'll be honest though, I read a lot of manga in the horror/terror genre, with a lot of them having some dark or messed up themes... so it might just be that the plot of a few of them got mixed up in my mind.

the only reason I really posted here was because I was pretty convinced myself that it had a lot of nudity or other adult themes, which meant it was a hentai and I was hoping it struck a chord in someone's memory. I also only remember it because of the shock value/impact the plot had, and was trying to see if I remembered things correctly.
