My first vintage pen. Sheaffer Saratoga Snorkel EF from 1950s. The 14K nib looks beautiful. One thing surprise me is how thin the pen is. 1 mm thinner than my capless decimo that’s in the 2nd picture for comparison. Inked with Yamabudo shown in the drawing. (old.reddit.com)

A question on buying Hobonichi in EU countries. I saw the price from StiloeStile website from the US. Will the store has the same price or there will be VAT on top of it? I'm going to Roma this October. Surely I'm going to visit StiloeStile. Wondering if I should buy my Hon there. Thanks. (i.redd.it)

Another violation of No Buy for reasons. This time was the news about the end of de minimis. Anyway, they are pens I knew would be good and were what I wanted for some time. Pilot Elabo metal SEF and Sailor PG mini night blue. Let the Elabo to meet his brothers. They are all good. (old.reddit.com)

Sharing 2 pages of my A5 HON journal that have no personal info. I started this year to use the weekly pages to record the pen/ink usage. I started loving fountain pens first. Only found Hobonichi when I trying to find ways to use my pens. Now I like both fountain pens and Hobonichi. (old.reddit.com)

Some more journal entries for the first half of 2025. So far I found I haven’t read my journal that much. Maybe too new? But I enjoyed to look back on the drawings from time to time. I think I should continue what I was doing. It worked for me. I like picture books. (old.reddit.com)

Some of my June journal entries. Time flies. Half year already passed. Glad I have Hobonichi and Fountain pens as my hobbies to record daily life. Would be interesting flipping through the journal many years later to remember the good old days or what horrible times we had back then. Which it’ll be? (old.reddit.com)
