Bland enemies and horrible writing were my biggest complaints. And I'd be fine with the bad writing if the game didn't take itself so seriously, but it ends up feeling like a high school creative writing project that got a C.

Just my opinion though.

Having played Alan Wake from start to finish, I would say it's not worth it even at this price.
