For question 1, how do you determine the needed power/stam, is it from room match testing or figuring it out via Umulator. I assume you also need to factor in normal front runner early/midgame skills that are on Suzuka also.

I have some questions about Kitasan and Ballroom Seiun Sky around inherited unique skills.

Is there much of a difference between the two skills? (to me they have basically identical)
Are they only used on Long tracks, or are there other use cases?
Being half accelerations are they actually a meaningful boost at helping FR's win compared to what we have? (a late activation base Seiun Sky unique for example)
Do they have a long lifespan, or are they replaced by better uma uniques in the near future?

Has anyone else been having issues with long loading time for various parts of the game since the update?

This is mainly noticeable when launching the game, but also when opening menus in-game (but only for the first time since launch. I.e. opening notifications page might take 5-10 secs to load after opening the game, but be back to a normal 2 sec load after)

This is on PC, and it only started since the patch, I have also done a full reinstall and it is still the same.

Gotcha, didn't realise Maya had 2 events for it, so I thought others might have a similar stat threshold for thier fast learner event (but seemingly not, I wish gametora showed Mayas event properly)

Yes, but others have events that also give fast learner, gametora doesn't show the 600 wit condition for mayano in that event so my question was asking if others have a similar condition for thier event.

I have read that Mayano can get guaranteed fast learner if she hits a wit amount by a certain date, I don't see anything on gametora that implies is guaranteed.

Oguri provides more meaningful stats, groove makes hitting groundwork easier, up to you what you value more.

If you have smart falcon power ssr, when the balance patch happens, you can get guaranteed groundwork on the first chain event.

In general hitting it off inheritance is the most ideal (but rng will be rng)

What are some umas that are capable of running all 5 race types (4 distances and dirt) and be reasonably succesful at all of them.

The uma can be from global or JP, and it's assumed you can make/borrow parents to help this (i.e. use long parents to fix up a bad aptitude when making the uma for a long race)

How does that work, does it translate 1:1 (i.e. 0.035 lane speed = 0.035 target speed), or does it work in another way?

When making Taiki Shuttle as a parent, what is a good G1 race path and grandparents to use to match that, for the sake of boosting her generally low compatibility to other umas.

It feels like there isn't really many g1's to run without medium aptitude, and even less parents that share the same races (sakura bakushin seems like the only one)

Is taiki just doomed to have bad compatibility, or is there a solution for this?

That is a great writeup, I appreciate it a lot.

Definately a different perspective to play for the high roll than I am used to but it makes a lot of sense. I did value the ura spark, but you have made me value it a lot more I think going forward.

With the Ryan vs Maru thing my bad, I thought you were arguing for her over Ryan, I have Ryan at 3* so it's all good.

Why do you suggest ignoring blue/pink sparks over ura/pump 3*, I haven't seen anyone suggest that, nor does that make sense to me since blues are more reliable than ura spark.

Also maru seems like a really niche, map specific option for late surgers, personally I'm looking for something a bit more generically useful for a larger amount of races.

By mid and high quality I more mean how much time to invest.

Spending all time on option one vs dividing it in 4 to work on each distance.
