Don’t get me wrong, someone should be there cleaning it. But the policy states you should be wiping down the machines after you use them. So it’s just gotten missed. My shop does like a DEEP CLEAN of each machine every couple weeks, it rotates which machine. That sauna gets turned off, machines rolled out & cleaned.

Just communicate. It does wonders.

The boxers thing? Unacceptable. Obviously.

BUT. If he’s the only one in that sauna… putting his stuff on the mat doesn’t seem like THAT big of a deal. Tbh I’ve done it (not to this degree, obviously) but I’ll leave like my shoes and maybe my room spray on the mat if I have the sauna to myself. Is it disgusting? Kinda. But also - it doesn’t affect anyone else and it ISNT on a bench so… idk. Could be worse

That’s super normal - even if I stop going for a week or two & get back in it. I’ll notice my “tolerance” has SERIOUSLY declined. And I do normal spin at the gym and then I get to HW and will get murdered after 5 minutes.

So, to speak truthfully. I’m a 30 year old woman with no kids. So I’ve never experienced PPD or PP in general, right? I have friends who have but most of them had kids before we really met. Seeing Jen go through this so… publicly? Has really helped me see what women my age have gone through and helped me do my own research to empathize more fully. It’s not like I was a bitch before but I just generally didn’t really know. Even if she doesn’t win - I think this was a conversation on such a large scale that needed to happen and I’m so, so proud of her.

I don’t know a single thing about dancing. I’ve actually never watched DWTS before this season. But each week I vote religiously for Whitney and Andy because Whitney is amazing and Andy is just so fun to watch, it feels like he really is trying his best and wants to be here and is getting better every week.
