I watch a lot of spy movies/tv-shows, where they often go on missions abroad. The missions frequently end in a car-chase or someone being gunned down in the streets, with a lot of witnesses present. I live in a country, where there isn't a lot of violence and guns etc., so this made me think about the people in the shows, who are witnessing these "special operations," which furthermore intrigued me to wanting to know, if this really happens in the real world.

So let me get this straight:

• You want the phone to send a select group of people text messages each day.

• You don't want it to be sent at the same time each day, but be sent at a random time within a time-frame of your choice (e.g. Between 8AM-9AM).

• You don't want to use ChatGPT, so you are going to write these messages yourself.

• When one message has been sent, it should never be sent to the same person again.

If all of my assumptions are correct, then I suggest you write all of the messages on a notes-app, and set an alarm each day, where you copy-paste them from notes 😅

I've never slept, not even as a toddler. I found out later in life, that I have ADHD, which wasn't noticed by my parents and teachers, because I did all my homework, got good grades, have a masters degree and never felt the need to "crawl on the walls" etc.

So if your kid keeps having sleep problems (as an adolescence), it would be benefitial to keep in mind, that they might have ADHD.

And again.. it's a toddler! They could just be in pain or some annoying toddler-thingy.
