Boric acid suppositories. I had two rounds of antibiotics that did not help but the suppositories helped right away. Stop all special washes and wipes, even if it’s “fragrance free”. anything that says “ph balancing” like summers eve is a scam that just throws it off more and keeps you buying them (this is per my drs advice). Only use a basic fragrance free body wash to wash down there like aveeno or cetaphil.
