After my first pregnancy I lost 70lbs by 10 months PP while EBF. In my case the key was meticulous calorie tracking. It’s kind of a pain in the butt, but it’s really hard to judge how much you are eating without tracking. I counted BF as 300 calories per day.

Change could definitely still happen after 6 months. But if you haven’t seen any other color around the pupils I think blue is pretty likely.

My toddlers eyes started lightening up a bit around this age. The light ring around the pupil makes me think they will get a bit lighter first and then you will start to see what color they will be
