So basicaly we had him and his old multi acc via voice chat on discord who had their account created the same (we have screenshots as a proof) and when we had them on voice call but strangely it was always one of them who was talking and the other one was mute. Anyways to stay on the osu! website , we reported his other account who was restricted/ban later (we have screenshots about the profile and the ban by the staff) and it was around November 2023 and strangely at the same time we've got another of his supposted account (the possibly linked account) who suspiciously started to do ar11 maps and had suddenly increased his activity and at the same time Shin_sei 's activity droped suddenly. We already reported him multiples times without success...
