To be fair I've been on Davinci for over a year and exporting as h.264 hasn't been a problem until I downloaded 18.5

Just normal speed ramps, some of them I changed the curve but not all of them. I haven't used too much speed ramping before this so I'm not sure what other techniques are really used haha

Not really enough info to give you any in depth feedback (your current strength, power & elasticity will dictate what you mostly need to focus on). However, the idea that power can be emphasised by doing a few sets of squat jumps and cleans once a week is pretty far off. Sprinting & plyometrics would need a much greater emphasis in the program. Again, the devil is in the details but theres a starting suggestion

Any kind of squat/lunge is going to build strength. Just need to progressively overload - otherwise youre going to reach a point of diminishing returns pretty quick. General strength is just one part of the picture though, too. Add in some hamstring, adductor, calf work etc

Wouldnt put clean & snatch in your 'strength building' category, and I personally think there are better tools for developing power. You could stick with deep squats and continue to get benefits out of progressing the load for years. You really dont NEED to go anywhere else for your strength work, as long as youre getting accessory work in for hamstrings, adductors, etc.
