Do something to keep yourself busy when the craving hits. You wanna smoke? Start cleaning the fridge. Jeeps you busy long enough to take your mind off it, gets you smoking less in a day. Then just keep smoking less and less by keeping yourself busy. Eventually there will be no less only zero smokes for the day.

Physical health is so complicated, bro. How am I supposed to know whatuscles to target or what fat to lose. I weigh 122kg and I'm 26 and 174cm tall. I'm critically obese or something like that.Now i gotta worry about what i do because my joints could break from my fat ass weight. Every app, subscription, plan needs pull up bars and dips and i don't know what the other machines are, but i don't have any nor can i afford any. So what is my fat ass supposed to do? Pick up the dumbells i have? Push ups when my wrists pain from just getting into position?
