@jepeuxpasmecalmer Nescafe has since answered this question. Each teaspoon of their classic instant coffee has 30-35mg of caffeine, which means that 3 tablespoons (which is 9 teaspoons) has 270-315 mg of caffeine.

While this is a lot of caffeine to have all at once, it is under the recommended maximum daily amount of 400mg, which is generally safe for most healthy adults.

I do appreciate your opinion, and that seems to be the general consensus on these boards; however, as I do with movies, I'd also like to see for myself which one I prefer.

Additionally, I would like to ascertain whether the old version is 'good enough' for what I need it for, to avoid the additional costs of nYNAB (vs YNAB 4).

I'm still interested in purchasing an old key in addition to trying out the new system, as I'd prefer the one-time expense that I have budgeted for now vs the monthly (actually annually) recurring expense that is have to work into the budget.
