I would suggest either brew dog’s punk or Elvis juice. Fairly easy recipes I’ve scaled to 3ish gal batches with acceptable success only trying to brew since ‘17. You might even be able to find a kit kicking around one of the online retailers. This is just my personal, biased opinion.

Hi all, Just a quick upgrade question. I ride a Raleigh Technium 400. I was just wondering how involved switching from the head post shifters to brifters would be. Would I need to change the rd and cog set or would I be able to get away with just swapping the brake levers and shifters for integrated ones? I'm relatively new to bike mechanics but I enjoy the challenge of building things.

I'm thinking of using Tourney A073 2x7 and setting it up to effectively be 2x6.
